When Naruto awoke, he was greeted by the all familiar stark white ceiling and the smell of disinfectant. The hospital... He thought. He put his hand up to his head, ruffling his hair. He shifted his wait, trying to get into a better position on the uncomfortable hospital bed, but he felt an unfamiliar wait on his legs. As he gazed down the bed, he saw a mass of dark, indigo hair sprawled over his legs.

“We have heard reports of huge fires in this region.” Tsunade said, pulling out a scroll of the geography of the continent and pointing to the junction between the Lands of Fire, Earth, and Lightning. “There have also been rumors of the fires being caused by... a demon,” Tsunade finally revealed, probably never seeming more serious than she was now, and that is saying something.

Well, I'm done with college essays and I'm working on two new fanfics and am dropping this one. I never really had much of a plan for it anyway. One of them is an eventual Naruto/Hinata/Sasuke-Team7! fic, not changing the storyline drastically until chunin exams except for what will be changed by there being Hinata instead of Sakura... which is surprisingly a lot. The other one is going to be a Naruto/Bleach crossover with Naruto having a small harem... like three girls. Harems work best when small. The bigger the harem, the more unstable the fic becomes, so I'm sticking to three.

Also, as others have asked, are you still writing, or will Tails of a Jinchuriki remain unfinished? I always think it's sad when a fic goes unfinished. You were one of the first people I watched, and I think you were the first one to watch me. I'd really like to see you submit more work.

Actually, I've been doing a lot of thinking, and I don't really like how it's going. It just doesn't seem to be anything special. That and I haven't thought of an overarching plot line. It's all just romance and that's really not what I want to be writing over a long period of time. I do, however, have a really good idea for a new fic, which does have a good plot... which is helped initially by the fact that it's an alternate-Team 7 fic, but brought to the next level by me actually UTILIZING the different team dynamics and abilities to change the outcomes of battles... and then the Chuunin exams are going to differ in a number of ways, which will set things off completely differently than canon. This time around, it won't be my imagination and my frustration at badly done Hinata-jinchuriki fics' love-child that I'm writing.
